Shares of Tiger Media (NYSEMKT:IDI) have dilly-dallied for more than four months, trading in between $1.20 and $1.60 on minimal volume, a frustrating sight for any long-term investor who has already had their skin scratched by this tiger. The constant stagnation is due to a lack of interest in the company, primarily fueled by management's inability to communicate with its shareholders and engage the investment community.
