Shares of Papa John's International (NASDAQ:PZZA) have been on an impressive run over the past year, up almost 100%. The stock got another big boost last month after Papa John's posting strong Q4 results. The highlight of the report was that comparable sales increased 9% for North America and 7% internationally.
