Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday May 27.

Bullish Calls:

Novellus (NASDAQ:NVLS-OLD): "If I want to be in that business I am going to be in Novellus Systems, Inc, because I think that has got a stronger balance sheet and a better management."

General Mills (NYSE:GIS): "June 9th, it splits… you want to do it June 8th… remember, now a split… let’s go into that for a second… let’s do a little education… okay, so here you have General Mills… on June 9th… you still have General Mills and it is like two pencils… that is really a split so we want to own General Mills for the fundamentals… in that case, we buy it now."

JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM), Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), Citigroup (NYSE:C): "There are other banks (besides Capital One Financial) that I like more… including my favorite, Cramer fave, JPMorgan … I also like Bank of America … and, yes, I like Citigroup as a speculation because I think that Vikram Pandit maybe… other than Jamie (JPM CEO) Dimon… best in show."

Bearish Calls:

Visa (NYSE:V): "Well, you are going to have to deal with Senator Durbin and the interchange rates… which is going to hurt Visa and hurt the banks… it is a new wrinkle.. it is why my charitable trust finally gave up on Visa after taking a nice gain… the pressure builds… Congress does not like Visa… Congress does not like anything… but in particular they do not like Visa...the point is I would buy Visa in the $60s when everyone is fed up."

Maxim Integrated Products (NASDAQ:MXIM): "No, no, if I want to be in that business I am going to be in Novellus Systems."

Capital One Financial (NYSE:COF): "You know what, I think the financial regulation bill is going to get thru soon ...and I say and all of the banks are going to run… but my point is that Capital One is going to be up and down, and up and down until we finish this."

TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO): "Very rough, very rough… hey, here is why… because it is all lawsuit heaven if they win the appeal, the stock goes back… if they lose it, it goes down… it is too much of a dice roll for me."
