Willi-Food International Should Be Taken Private For A Potential 100% Gain

Willi-Food is a very cheap micro-cap Israeli company, which produces, markets, and distributes kosher foods in Israel. The founders of the company, Williger brothers Joseph and Zwi, controlled the majority of the shares Willi-Food International (NASDAQ:WILC) via an Israeli-listed holding company Willi-Food Investment Ltd. (WFLD from this point on), have just agreed to abandon control of the company by selling their majority stakes to a single investor.
