Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday June 23.

Bullish Calls

Banco Santander (STD): "...they in the last month have done an incredible amount of creative work that I did not see coming… and I think have made the bank much stronger… just in one month…these guys have reinvented themselves… the Spanish bond market is very good… they have $38b in bonds… they can sell all they wanted… Banco Santander has become a very… let’s just say a very investable stock after being a shaky one… and it has become a terrible short… my hat is off to them for the last 4 weeks of effort… I have never seen a bank reinvent themselves this fast and make itself much safer."

AT&T (NYSE:T), Vodafone (NASDAQ:VOD), Telus (NYSE:TU): "Boy, these are all controversial… AT&T has got very little growth… I still like the yield… I think the dividend is safe… Vodafone, many people are accusing me of saying that I am recommending a stock and the yield is not safe… I think Vodafone is… these are tax coverage issues… but that is one of the reasons why I have been exploring companies like TELUS Corporation in Canada… that have a 5% yield that is growing… I am desperate, desperate, desperate to find safe dividends… AT&T is safe… I believe that Vodafone’s is… and I am sure that Telus (TU) is."

Ultra Petroleum (UPL): "I watch this gas land, this attack on natural gas… you know they are attacking some of the things that Ultra did, well Ultra … but natural gas companies are dying to be able to drill, disrupt wild life…I am telling you that Ultra is terrific… they have done everything right… Michael Watford is money … he has made us gigantic sums of money over multiple years… even if this year the stock has not been that good.. it is down 6%… big deal… I like that company."

Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU): "You have to go buy Baidu."

Bearish Calls

Google (NASDAQ:GOOG): "I think that Eric Schmidt is the greatest, we think Google is terrific… we understand everything they are doing politically with China… but in the end we need China… it is the greatest growth market in the world… and that is why I have been telling people not to buy Google... it is tough to say this because Google is like the better company… but you have got to buy Baidu."
