Cramer's Lightning Round - I Was Too Bullish On LinkedIn (4/15/14)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday April 15.

Bullish Calls:

  • Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ): "Buy it. STZ is too far off its high. I'm not distressed by its chart."
  • Teva Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TEVA): "Sell half...I'm not so worried about its Copaxone drug. So why sell half at all? Because you have made a great profit and the market is uncertain."
  • Brown-Forman (NYSE:BF.A), (NYSE:BF.B): "I think it can go much higher independently, because it is a company that is doing well. It could get a (takeover) bid, but I'm behind it for the fundamentals."
  • DexCom (NASDAQ:DXCM): "I actually like it. It is okay."
  • Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL): "I love the fact this stock declined 15%. If oil peaks here, that stock could go to $40."
  • Colony Financial (NYSE:CLNY): "It is run by Tom Barrack, and he is money. Buy it."

Bearish Calls:

  • LinkedIn (NYSE:LNKD): "I was too bullish on it. I was bullish the whole way. I should have said sell it in the low $200s. If the stock bounces back there, sell it."
  • Arena Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ARNA): "I told people to sell the stock. People were furious with me on Twitter. To people who are furious with me on Twitter: Go ahead, make my day."
