KB Home: Recent Earnings Report Flips This Bear To A Bull

Less than a year ago, I was an admitted bear on the outlook for KB Home (NYSE:KBH), at a time almost any stock related to housing was in the midst of a significant rally. A brief recap of my bearish article on the time centered on the amount of debt the company carried as well as the significant debt burden that I assumed would prevent the company from reinvesting in the business.
