Pirate Capital Sells Off Its Stake in Mirant Corp.

In an amended 13D filing on Mirant Corporation (MIR) Pirate Capital disclosed they sold their entire stake in the company. For the quarter ended September 30th, Pirate held 4.15 million shares of Mirant. They held 4.84 million shares for the quarter ended June 30th.
