by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday 19 July.

Bullish calls

Fluor (NYSE:FLR), Shaw Group (NYSE:SHAW), Foster Wheeler (FWLT): "I like Fluor. .. they are turning up... I would pull the trigger on Fluor. Shaw is doing very well...keep waiting for Foster Wheeler to go under 20 so I can pull the trigger, but we are not there yet."

Power-One (NASDAQ:PWER): "I think you've got a winner. You mentioned it was a a spec, I think it works."

ConAgra (NYSE:CAG) :"ConAgra has better management (than Kraft) and better growth prospects."

Bearish Calls:

Kraft (KFT): "Warren Buffett soured on Kraft. If Warren Buffett soured on Kraft, who am I to say it's fine?"

Jacobs Engineering (NYSE:JEC): "I happen to like infrastructure...I think Jacobs is not the highest quality."

Gilead (NASDAQ:GILD): "It didn't do well for me... here's the problem, Gilead made an acquisition, people don't think its panning out... they had remarkable news today about the AIDS drug. The stock has plummeted here. I don't think it is so bad to own, but if the market turns and decides it doesn't like the drugs, this stock is going to go even lower."
