Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday July 20.

Bullish Calls:

Cirrus Logic (CRUS), Apple (AAPL): "After we saw Apple tonight (i.e. after its earnings), Cirrus is the provider ...Cirrus is one our bigger winners ever. Hold onto it going to a 52 week high. It is going to break through 18. It could double. I want to stick with Cirrus Logic, I want to stick with Apple."

Freeport McMoRan (FCX), Yum Brands (YUM): "Until we got a soft landing in China, I thought FCX would miss the quarter... I think copper is coming back ...and FCX has bottomed...I will, with some trepidation, dare to recommend Freeport. I do like some Chinese consumer plays YUM, but Freeport, I will bless."

Walter Energy (WLT): "China's slowed down, this entire group got mastered...and boom this thing just got chopped...but WLT is now a good China play."

Fluor (FLR): "I would sell Foster Wheeler and buy has a much stronger story than Foster."

City Telecom (CTEL): "I was amazed that this collapsed the way it did... this is a very strong story... it should be bought...there is nothing wrong with this story. It should be higher not lower. I think it is part of the malaise in China that is lifting."

Potash (POT), Deere (DE): "Potash is a Chinese play. I am not a fertilizer fan, but if you had to buy a fertilizer, Potash is best of breed. I like Deere... I like to have a big panoply of a machinery company rather than a commodity that is fertilizer."

Monsanto (MON): "It is up almost 10 points since it reported last quarter. The stock is up at a straight line. I would like to wait until it is 55 points, but now it is okay to buy."

Bearish Calls

Foster Wheeler (FWLT): "There are problems with Foster Wheeler... the backlog is not what we would like it to be... I would sell FW and buy is a much stronger story than Foster."
