Only 10% of Dow, 22% of S&P 500 Components Are Down This Year

Just 3 members of the Dow 30 are down year to date -- Intel (INTC), Home Depot (HD) and Wal-Mart (WMT) (doesn't it seem like WMT would would be down about 95% with all the negative press it gets?). On the S&P 500, over 78% of the stocks are up for the year.

Below we list the year-to-date performance of the Dow 30 members and the 10 best and worst on the S&P 500.
