Company Overview

Berkshire Bank (BERK) is a regional bank with branches 12 in New York and New Jersey. Moses Marx, former director of The Cooper Companies (NYSE:COO) controls 65% of the shares outstanding. While the company was listed on NASDAQ, late last year the board of directors opted to delist the company and deregister the shares.
