Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday August 17.

Bullish Calls

Electronic Arts (ERTS): "Electronics Arts has a very good... they bought this PlayFish... it's absolutely great social media. Now the most important thing is... the stock was pumped up by a one-time-only soccer play... and that makes me... buy, buy, buy! Still want to buy it, but I've got to tell you, I'm a little bit more lukewarm, because everyone's now gotten excited by it, and I only liked it when everyone hated it."

Cirrus Logic (NASDAQ:CRUS): "Listen, no one ever got hurt taking a profit. I understand, because you can sell half and play with the house's money. Here's the problem... I think Cirrus is going to have a monster quarter. We had the management on recently and we know that they are in the Apple... everything Apple... and you know how much we like Apple. I think Cirrus goes higher. I would hold onto it. It would be $21-22 before I would let go most of it."

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO): "I've gone over that conference call with a fine-toothed comb, which is the only use I have for a fine-toothed comb these days... and I can tell you that that was an excellent quarter. Chambers [CEO] happened to be coming on the day after the Federal Reserve said things aren't so good. He got cautious. He has now set the underpromise overdeliver bar so low, that I think Cisco is a screaming buy... buy, buy, buy! Stick with Cisco!"

Bearish Calls:

Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ): "I don't know... I always like to have a CEO. When I buy a company, I like to have a CEO. They don't have a CEO. I "Hurd" there was no CEO. Okay, so I'm staying bearish until we find out if they have someone that can run the company. If they find out, then give me a jingle."

Tenet Healthcare (NYSE:THC): "No, no, no... I say, sell, sell, sell! So you won't hold me to it when that stock starts rolling over again. I don't want to hold Tenet. I don't want anything to do with it."
