Cramer's Lightning Round - Bank Of America Is Too Big To Manage (5/13/14)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday May 13.

Bullish Calls:

  • Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE:APC): "Our charitable trust owns this. It is a better play (than Suncor)."
  • Under Armour (NYSE:UA): Cramer prefers UA to Skechers.
  • KKR (NYSE:KKR): "I want to own it."

Bearish Calls:

  • Bank of America (NYSE:BAC): "My charitable trust owns it. This is tough. I thought it was making a comeback, but it is just too big to manage."
  • Skechers (NYSE:SKX): "It is the momentum shoe. I'm not going to fight the momentum shoe. Under Armour was momentum, and no one likes it anymore, but I like Under Armour more than Skechers."
  • Suncor Energy (NYSE:SU): Cramer prefers Anadarko.
  • Krispy Kreme (KKD): "I'm lukewarm. It has to deliver. I don't think it has delivered yet. It needs to get back into that growth mode. I need to see another quarter."
  • Nordic American Tanker (NYSE:NAT): "It yields 10%. CEO Herbjorn Hanssen has been true to his mantra of buying every ship that is for sale, but at a certain point, I need to see some upside. I don't want you in it for the dividend. I'm just okay on it. NAT is not great."
