I began covering Mobile Mini (NYSE: MINI) in March. While the price of MINI has gone up since Erik Olsson took over last year, EBITDA has been in steady decline. Mobile Mini is growing revenues through an increase in rental rates, but those rental rates may be causing the company to lose market share, especially if the sales force, the holders of the relationship, are leaving.
