In an amended 13D filing on Diamond Foods, Inc. (DMND) Prides Capital Partners disclosed a 4.9% stake (765K shares) in the comapny. The firm held 1.24 million shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. As recently as July 06 the firm was adding shares.
