Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday September 7.

[Editor's Note: There will be no Cramer recaps for Wednesday and Thursday of this week.]

Bullish Calls:

Waste Management (NYSE:WM): "Well, you're right to (love the stock). You know why you're right to? Because Mr. Steiner, who's the President and CEO, he is just absolutely terrific. I think that stock's a house of pleasure... 3.7% yield. You cannot go wrong on WM... buy, buy, buy!"

Cree (NASDAQ:CREE): "I've got the Cree that I like for the deep-in-the money calls."

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL): "I think you should (wait for $300).. I think Apple's a buy. I think Apple's going to $300. On Twitter... I've been posting some articles. I can't believe it. I've probably been too bearish on Apple. There are so many bulls. I don't mind. It's crowded. I like it."

Panera Bread (NASDAQ:PNRA), Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:CMG): "The thing is just a rocket ship. I am thinking the stock goes to $100. I think Panera can go to $100, but let's accept that both Panera and Chipotle Mexican Grill have been so red-hot... they've been sizzling... that we've got to let them cool a little bit."

NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP): "NetApp is breaking out right here. I think it goes to $50. It's at $44. This is one of the best storage plays. NTAP is for real. I say stick with NTAP."

Bearish Calls:

SanDisk (NASDAQ:SNDK): "Too hard... too hard. I've got a full plate of tech. SanDisk is hated now. No one likes it. People think it's like Seagate and Western Digital. I can't take a 'put' in SanDisk on my back."
