Pool Corp Looking To Richer Margins And Recovering Markets

If you like companies with almost impossible-to-match market share and good underlying market drivers, Pool Corporation (NASDAQ:POOL) may be a name to look into further. While Pool Corp doesn't control the majority of the U.S. swimming pool market, it comes pretty close and its largest rival is only about 5% or 6% of its size. What's more, as residential property values and construction activity recover, so too should demand for new and replacement pools. Valuation is a concern, but the company should be able to deliver good earnings leverage for a few years.
