Akmai (NASDAQ:AKAM) F5 (NASDAQ:FFIV): Although Cramer said that Akmai has been "unstoppable" the time to buy is over, since it is now at 63 times earnings, and he would get into F5 which is only at 26 times earnings estimates.

Input/Output (NYSE:IO) and Baker Hughes (NYSE:BHI), Exxon (NYSE:XOM), and AIG (NYSE:AIG): Cramer likes oil service plays, especially IO whic is up 8% and BHI, and he notes that the drillers are "en fuego." Cramer thinks that the market will rise until the end of the week and particularly notes options-expiration action in XOM and AIG. "Bears look out," he warns.
