In an earlier article I discussed a remarkably cheap company engaged in the production of party supplies, novelty items and related holiday products. The company had no debt, paid a dividend, held a large amount of cash on its balance sheet and was in the process of divesting itself of unprofitable business segments. Given the small size of the business, the company also had no mainstream analyst coverage - flying under the radar of larger institutions and funds.
