Cramer's Stop Trading! Netflix's New Moves for Movies (9/23/10)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV Segment, Thursday September 23.

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX), Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Verizon (NYSE:VZ), PetroChina (NYSE:PTR), Petrobras (NYSE:PBR), Exxon (NYSE:XOM)

The move of Netflix (NFLX) into Canada is the first of what is expected to be many more moves into the international markets. The company is expected to grow two or three times its size as it grows overseas.

Even though Apple (AAPL) doesn't yet fit into Verizon's (VZ) network, iPad sales are rising, and Cramer says Apple is the ideal China play; the company has surpassed PetroChina (PTR) as the second in the world in market cap. Cramer thinks Apple might even outdo Exxon (XOM).

Petrobras (PBR) has taken an edge off the price of its equity offering, but Cramer still wouldn't buy the stock, because he is not a fan of oil companies with low dividends.
