Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday September 28.
Bullish Calls:
Union Pacific Corp (UNP), Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B): "Union Pacific is an inexpensive stock... perhaps the cheapest rail stock! Although I also like Berkshire Hathaway, which owns Burlington Northern. Why do I like Union Pacific? A lot of contracts rolling up. As soon as they're over, they get them for higher prices. That is a triple buy!"
Xerox (XRX): "Xerox is a buy! They've got real earnings power. I like the stock at $10. I think it could pick up 30-40% here. I'm not kidding."
Transocean (RIG), Schlumberger (SLB): "I feel it was a technical breakout, but I also feel they're going to be proven innocent in this big BP morass. The stock was at $80 before it happened. Could it go back? Petrobras is going to use them. It's not my favorite stock. I happen to like Schlumberger a little bit more here, but I understand owning RIG. I think it's got 10 points to the upside, so I can't stay away from it. Do I want to stick with it? Yes."
Bearish Calls:
Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE): "We just got another bill introduced... in the Senate from Harry Reid... that would make it so that there would be these subsidized engines... You know what?... I have become jaded... I no longer believe that this Congress is going to go for natural gas. It's too simple, it's domestic, it's too logical... but Clean Energy? Don't buy, don't buy. I don't think they're doing to get the bill through."
