Cramer's Stop Trading! Flash Is SanDisk (12/14/10)

Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV Segment, Tuesday December 14.

Micron (NASDAQ:MU), Avnet (NYSE:AVT), SanDisk (SNDK), Best Buy (NYSE:BBY), OpenTable (NASDAQ:OPEN)

While laggard semi stock Micron (MU) might seem "compelling" at $8, Cramer would not buy it after Roy Vallee, CEO of Avnet (AVT), the "supermarket of tech," said the only weak area is DRAM, Micron's specialty.

Just when Cramer said he was about to put OpenTable (OPEN), down 2%, on the Sell Block, on second glance, the company really seems to be saving restaurants money, and as one of the very few stocks that have more than a 20% growth rate, Open Table is a buy.

While Best Buy (BBY) reported an "abysmal" quarter, one piece of information from the call that was valuable is that anything flash is flying off the shelves. Best Buy reported that the "tablet is freezing the notebook market...that is flash and flash is SanDisk (SNDK)." Cramer would buy SanDisk on the news.
