In this article I'll have a closer look at Bongrain (OTC:BNGRF), a French company focused on the production and distribution of dairy products. I don't care as much about the production as I do about the fact that the Bongrain family holds approximately 2/3rds of the shares inside the family, and this percentage is increasing, which could mean the company is on its way for a 'silent' exit from the stock exchange and I think a management buyout scenario could be quite likely.
As trading on the US exchanges is illiquid, I'd strongly recommend to trade in shares of Bongrain through the facilities of Euronext Paris where the company is listed with BH as its ticker symbol...
