Monmouth REIT Revenue Soars On Big E-Commerce Bet: What About The Dividend?

First of all, let me be clear about one thing: Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. (NYSE: MNR), or MREIC, is an "old school," conservatively run, single-tenant net-lease industrial REIT.
