Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday January 3.

Bullish Calls:

American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings (NYSE:AXL), Ford (NYSE:F), GM (NYSE:GM): "I would not short this stock (American Axle). I am a huge believer that 2011 is going to give you a very big buildup of autos...everyone told me Ford is done because it stalled at $16.50 ...will you give me a break? Ford is breaking out, GM has broken out, AXL is a dangerous short and a great long."

Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU): "I want you to buy Baidu...China is the sleeper market to go up, and I think Baidu is terrific."

Diageo (NYSE:DEO): "I tried to recommend that stock 3 weeks ago when it was in the 60s... it got away from me. I think Diageo is a terrific stock, I think the spirit is in this...I want you to buy this stock. I should have..."

Bearish Calls

Eli Lilly (NYSE:LLY): "It's boring. The yield is fine. I don't see a lot of growth."
