Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday January 5.

Bullish Calls:

Citigroup (C): "I think Citi is going to be a monster stock... I see it going to $5 then I see it going to $5.50...I think it could finish the year at $12 for 2012... in Vikram Pandit we trust."

Duke Energy (DUK): "(about Sempra) I've got other ones in that I think are cheaper like Duke, and I would rather swap out of yours and into mine...I want to pick up some yield and keep the safety."

Ivanhoe (IVAN): "It's got milions of shares ...that's the problem. I would buy this as a spec (speculative stock) but I've never been a big fan...as a speculation, it is okay...don't put it in the oil category...put it in the spec category."

Headwaters (HW): "Building products and construction... way too late to sell. Let's hold onto it...not a lot of catalysts, but let's hold onto it."

Fluor (FLR): "Look this stock should not have been down....I liked it...we should be buy, buy buying it."

Hess (HES): "How about Hess (instead of Exxon)? Stop buying the toy tractor trailers and buy the actual stock of Hess."

Atmel (ATML): "This is one of my favorites...this is a dog that has had its day ...it reminds me of Broadcom...I think it is terrific...I am a buyer."

Bearish Calls

Sempra Energy (SRE): "It's okay... I used to like it when it was lower. Here's the problem... I've got other ones in that I think are cheaper like Duke, and I would rather swap out of yours and into mine."

Exxon (XOM): "I've got so many of the integrated oils I'd rather buy...how about that Hess?"

People's United Financial (PBCT): "I mentioned this as one to buy... and I was wrong...I now think I am right but my crediblillty is in question...because that stock hasn't done anything...but it is dirt cheap."
