Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday January 7.

Bullish Calls:

Freeport McMoRan (NYSE:FCX): "It is still a buy... copper and gold company...what is there not to like? I want you to stay in it and buy on any dip."

Macy's (NYSE:M): "Everyone's decided they are negative. The hedge funds are saying I'm crazy to be positive on retail. That I'm an idiot. Every time they tell me I'm an idiot I want to double down. I think you should buy Macy's. Retail is fine. Don't worry about the next three days. Worry about the next three years."

Entropic (NASDAQ:ENTR), Jabil Circuit (NYSE:JBL): "I like Entropic but I like Jabil is also an assembler and it is one of those stocks that goes up after it reports earnings."

Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI): "Remains cheap...what's not to like?"

Bearish Calls

SandRidge (NYSE:SD): "I can't believe it's moving...on no particular data point. I said we should stay away until it gets a better quarter. It has been on fire. I don't know why. It is not my favorite, but oil is up big and SandRidge is up big. Just take some off the board. We don't want to get hurt again."

Alcatel-Lucent (ALU): "That stock is not to be had."
