by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday January 13.

Bullish Calls:

Ultra Clean Holdings (NASDAQ:UCTT): "...a good semiconductor is really specialized and it is up a lot, but I like semis so much and it is a quality growth company. I'll go with it."

Transocean (NYSE:RIG): "I like the oil drilling business so much I am going to endorse that stock. I feel confident that they aren't going to have a lot of liability and they are going to do a lot of deep water drilling."

Shaw Group (NYSE:SHAW): "It was a disappointing quarter, but the stock has gone up which tells you that you have to hold on to it. There is a lot of cash. Hold onto the stock."

Kohl's (NYSE:KSS): "I'm going to send you to Kohl's... you should pull the trigger for KSS."

Bearish Calls

Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT): "Is a fine company but it doesn't have the growth that I want...I think you should not own WMT and you should pull the trigger for Kohl's."

Garmin (NASDAQ:GRMN): "I don't like it...that is one tough business...sell, sell, sell."
