Potash (NYSE:POT): "This stock is down 6 points...this is a buy, buy, buy. I want to own this. This is a company you need if you want to overplant like all the farmers have to...the stock is going to $200. I don't care about the split...I know the stock's earnings are going higher."

Buckeye Partners (NYSE:BPL): "I helped bring BPL public many moons ago... I continue to think it is a terrific situation... 6% yield. I want to own this stock."

Scripps Networks Interactive (NYSE:SNI), Disney (NYSE:DIS): "Everything connected with broadcasting is tearing up...I will see your SNI and I will raise you Disney...because Bob Iger [Disney CEO] is a man I trust."

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE:LVS), Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN): (a caller asked Cramer to rate casino stocks): "You are putting a gun to my head...I think WYNN is by far the best, LVS is second and Melco no no no, buy Wynn, Hold LVS and sell Melco."

Bearish Calls:

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO): "Are you kidding me? Cisco? No, no it is not a good time to buy Cisco...No. No. Wrong. I need to take more calls because I don't want to end on Cisco. That's too frightening."

Melco Crown Entertainment (NASDAQ:MPEL): "No, no, no...Sell Melco."
