Includes: AAPL, APA, BHP, BMY, IBN
by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday February 22.

Bullish Calls

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL): "Expect the fact you will have to buy more (deep in the money calls) which is okay. I've explained that you should buy on scale. I think Apple could have another 10-15 points, but you have to be willing to pull the trigger and buy more calls when that happens, and not be dissuaded by the chart or the chatter."

Apache (NYSE:APA): "I want to buy Apache...the cheapest major oil company in the world...I think you should buy it...I would like management to come on the show because they are really, really strong."

Bristol Myers (NYSE:BMY): "Let me tell you something. It hasn't been doing anything. I don't think it has a great pipeline. it is one of the drug companies I buried last week. I like management, but it doesn't matter. In the end there is no growth. No, there is a little growth, and that's not enough."

Bearish Calls

BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP): "I think it did the exact right thing buying the Chesapeake stake. However, I think there are better mineral plays. When I see Freeport McMoRan at $50, I'd rather own FCX."

ICICI Bank (NYSE:IBN): "I don't own a bank stock when they are tightening rates. Sell, sell, sell."
