CEC Entertainment: Pirate Capital Lowers Stake To 4.8%

In an amended 13D filing on CEC Entertainment (CEC) after the close Wednesday, Pirate Capital disclosed a 4.8% stake (1.61 million shares) in the company. This is down from the 7.3% stake (2.44 million shares) Pirate disclosed in a 12/07/06 filing and the 3.045 million shares held as of the quarter ended September 30th.
