Stocks discussed on Lightning Round Session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday March 25.

Bullish Calls:

Alcoa (NYSE:AA): "This is one of my absolutely favorite stocks...the ultimate Japan reconstruction play...they make aluminum for turbines...they have so many orders for fasteners and screws to put together airplanes...I think this stock is in fabulous shape."

Health Care REIT (NYSE:HCN): "This is the best stock mentioned in this Lightning Round... 5.3% yield..good yielding stock...much better than Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) or Merck (NYSE:MRK). That is what I want to see people holding..that is the kind of stock that is the core to any portfolio.

Universal Display (PANL): "I kind of like it..it has gotten away from me all the way up here...I think it can be bought."

Celgene (NASDAQ:CELG), Gilead (NASDAQ:GILD): "(instead of Pfizer and Bristol Myers (NYSE:BMY)) I'd rather see you in Gilead, no yield but it is finally breaking out, or Celgene, kept down by woes that are incorrect. I think Gilead and Celgene are better than Pfizer."

Annaly Capital Management (NYSE:NLY): "If you want a financial REIT, the only one I recommend is Annaly...because it has paid out billions in distribution and it will continue to do so."

Bearish Calls:

Spectrum Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ:SPPI): "I think it is an interesting spec...I'm not going to give you more than that...it has not been a loser it has been a big winner. In fact, I would say ring the register up here...it is at its 52 week high."

Pfizer (PFE), Bristol Myers (BMY): "I think (Pfizer) can work its way higher...there is nothing wrong with it other than that big patent cliff...I see kind of a gentle breakout in Pfizer and Bristol Myers...but it is not my cup of tea. I'd rather see you in Gilead...or Celgene."

Rubicon Tech (NASDAQ:RBCN): "This is a specialty crystal company...specialty radio crystals. I have not done well with this company. I have not advised people well on it. I am not the call..I'm going to take a pass on Rubicon."

Merck (MRK): "We don't care where a stock came from, we care about where it is going...Merck is dead money and I don't see the point of owning dead money except to pick up a 4% yield....but that is not what we are about."

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC): "No, it is a financial REIT...I don't understand why they have a big yield...I want to stay away... it is too risky."
