In an amended 13D filing on RedEnvelope Inc. (REDE), Fine Capital Partners disclosed a 13.6% stake (1.31 million shares) in the company. The firm disclosed that on 1/31/07 they purchased 400,000 shares at $8.30. The purchase makes Fine Capital the largest shareholder of REDE.
