To find these companies we looked at the 200 largest stocks -by market cap- releasing earnings next week, and we evaluated them both on a fundamental and a relative value basis.

For the fundamental part of the analysis we utilized analysts’ target prices and for the relative value part we compared these companies against their industry by the following ratios:
- Trailing twelve month price to earnings ratio (TTM P/E)
- Price to earnings to growth ratio (PEG)
- Price to cash flow ratio (Price/Cashflow)

We ultimately focused on those companies that are significantly undervalued when comparing the current price vs. the street’s target price, and that are also trading at lower valuation ratios versus their industry.

Although this may be a simple way of finding undervalued companies, it is certainly a great place for you to start your own analysis.

With this information in mind, which of these stocks are you most bullish about? We look forward to hear your comments or feedback in the comments section below.
