Savient Pharmaceuticals (SVNT): "I'm going to have to do some work on Savient. I'm not going to give you a quick answer...we will get back to it."

Bearish Calls:

Citigroup (NYSE:C): "Stocks under 5 dollars are considered not to be owned by's the is a bank, and our government does not like the way banks do business...fortunately, Citi has more overseas than not, and Vikram Pandit is doing a magificent job. However, the headwinds from the government are way too difficult."

American Capital (NASDAQ:ACAS): "Way too risky for me...I don't know what they has had a huge run."
