Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday May 23.

Bullish Calls:

Sprint (NYSE:S): "I think Sprint is doing a remarkable job. They are going to be a winner in T-Mobile AT&T, because that deal is going to be blocked or AT&T is going to have to write (Sprint) a big check to build out their infrastructure. Don't count Dan Hesse [CEO] out...he is doing a remarkable job."

Hyperdynamics (NYSE:HDY): "Now we are really going down the food chain...it is a very speculative situation. Why press the bull button? Because if you want to spec in oil and gas and you have a $3 number, you can do that...but remember...stocks that go to 3 to 2 to 0 are very painful. I'm not saying it will do that, but these can be painful."

Shutterfly (NASDAQ:SFLY): "I am impressed...it sounds like a good idea. I am a believer."

Neutral Call:

American Tower (NYSE:AMT): "I'm on the fence...I believe there will be a decline in big towers if AT&T and T-Mobile will get together...if you think it will be blocked, then it's a buy. But you can't get a handle on Washington."

There were no bearish calls on Monday's Mad Money Program
