Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday June 16.

Bullish Calls:

Annaly Capital (NYSE:NLY): "...is a raiser of capital and a returner of better capital. It is extraordinary...the only one that has done well during this period. I am a fan of it."

Hain Celestial (NASDAQ:HAIN): "I can't understand why it is at $31. This is the kind of decline I want to buy...it has a great secular trend: healthy eating, and that trend is not going to go away even though the market is weak."

F5 (NASDAQ:FFIV): "It is down too much. I am waiting for this quarter...I think FFIV has 10 down and 20 up...I think that is a decent risk reward."

Potash (NYSE:POT): "Everything is down in the agriculture world because the Senate voted to kill the ethanol subsidy...the President is never going to let that happen. I think the President is always going to have that subsidy because the farmers are very powerful in this country, and therefore, I am a buyer of the agriculture complex...POT especially."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ), Vodafone (NASDAQ:VOD): "I would rather to go Verizon or Vodafone for yield."

Neutral Call:

Chevron (NYSE:CVX): "Chevron is a 3% yielder...if you go to 4% and oil goes to $90...you've got 7 or 8 points of pain in Chevron...if you can take that pain, then I think you should take it...otherwise I would sell."

Bearish Calls:

RealD (NYSE:RLD): "We are going to take profits here...way too risky for this guy."

Partner Telocation (NASDAQ:PTNR): "We looked at this, and we didn't think the yield was necessarily safe...I'm not going to go there."
