If you like to follow the moves insiders make, this article will provide you with an interesting group of stocks you may want to keep in your radar.

To construct this list we looked for stocks with three characteristics:

  • Market cap above $300M
  • 50-day moving average trading above 200-day moving average (a bullish signal called the "Golden Cross")
  • Experiencing significant insider buying over the last six months

For the sake of quality, we focused only on those companies for which insider buying, over the last six months, was greater or equal to 1% of the floating shares.
