by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday June 24.

Bullish Calls:

Macy's (NYSE:M): "I like Macy's, but remember the stock has had a big run, and the market is choppy...but I'll give you a high five with one hand...why not two? Because the market is bad, and you could use the weakness to buy it more cheaply."

National Grid (NYSE:NGG): "Very high yielding utility that I like very much....I want to stick with it...they have made a series of acquisitions that are very good."

Oncothyreon (ONTY): "...a speculative play on vaccines. I like vaccines. I always endorse speculative cancer plays...if you make it a spec, I am willing to buy into it...It has had a big long as you realize it is can buy it."

SPDR Gold Trust (NYSEARCA:GLD): "Accept the fact that it is going to come down a little...people see no inflation...oil is coming down. The stronger dollar is supposed to be bad for gold...but gold has gone inexorably more at $140. Gold is a currency and not a commodity."

Sprint (NYSE:S): "I think it is time (to get in). If AT&T buys T-Mobile, they (Sprint) will get the benefit...I think the goverment will help them...people say the chart is bad, so maybe obey the chart and buy it (lower)."

Cedar Fair (NYSE:FUN): " a better stock (than Six Flags.)"

Bearish Calls:

Six Flags (NYSE:SIX): "I'd rather see you in Cedar Fair."
