Enterprise software company BEA Systems posted 15% Q4 revenue growth yesterday, ahead of Street expectations. Q4 revenue came in at $391.8 million versus $341.4 million in Q4 last year. Analysts were expecting EPS of $0.15 on sales of $385.5 million. Full-year sales were up 17% to $1.4 billion from $1.2 billion. The company is not yet prepared to report its quarterly or full-year earnings as it is conducting an internal investigation into its stock-option practices; it will be restating results from fiscal 1998 through 2007. Analysts are forecasting $0.14 EPS on $364.5 million in revenue for Q1. For the full year, the Street anticipates EPS of $0.62 on revenue of $1.55 billion.
