I called the company spokesman and Leigh earlier this week, leaving messages for both -- wondering if Anson reports to Leigh and just confirming whether Leigh still works there. A spokesman, responding to my inquiry late Friday, said Leigh heads the "entire finance team" and remains CFO. According to an 8-K filing with the SEC, Chan will earn $220,00; that's $30,000 less than Leigh earned, according to the most recent proxy.

Fisher runs his own investment banking firm. The company says it no longer has an independent board.
Goodbye Harley: Harley Davidson (HOG) says its treasurer chief accounting officer, who is in his mid-50s, intends to retire in the spring of 2007; he'll be replaced by the current CFO, who will add the accounting title.
