Bullish calls:

TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ:AMTD): ‘It's too low to sell. It's only a dollar and change off its 52-week low … I will sanction buying AMTD at $14 and follow it from here.’
Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS)
Virgin Media (NASDAQ:VMED): ‘This company's in transition. Branson just moved in there. I understand that you maybe think that they can't pull it off …but I still like it. But the markets bad here. I think the stock would have been down, even if it reported fabulous numbers.’
GlobalSantaFe (NYSE:GSF): ' GSF is too cheap. I want to buy it here. I'm hitting - and I haven't done this all week, as anybody knows - buy, buy, buy! First 'buy, buy, buy' of the week... ‘
Six Flags (NYSE:SIX): ‘SIX is a good stock. I've been talking about the 'virtuous circle' - companies that do well when interest rates go lower, so they can refinance... ‘
Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM)
Rite Aid (NYSE:RAD): ‘RAD remains on the good list. Don't forget, they could also refinance their balance sheet ... Mary Sammons runs RAD. She's doing a fabulous job. I think she's going to put that merger together, and that is just going to be absolutely terrific. I want to buy more RAD right here - buy, buy, buy! … that's also recession-proof’
Corning (NYSE:GLW): ‘ … we're going to buy GLW.’

Bearish calls:

Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM): 'QCOM had been in my own personal dog house. I had not liked it, because I was worried it was being too litigious … I just don't like how often they get sued and sue. But, you know what? If that stock gets back to $37, all the risk will be in, and I'll pull the trigger.’
Syntax-Brillian (BRLC): ‘downer man. Liquid crystal displays? Sell, sell, sell. What we're going to do is we're going to buy GLW.’
Aqua America (NYSE:WTR): 'I have not liked this stock. It disappointed in its last quarter. I used to buy it for its safety … I'm here - 'sell, sell, sell!' If it got to $18, I'd probably look at it.’
