Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday August 15.

Bullish Calls:

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO): "I think Cisco is okay...it is no longer in the doghouse."

Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ:PENN), Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN): "...Penn is not bad, but I prefer WYNN. Please use deep in the money calls."

Riverbed (NASDAQ:RVBD): "No no no... First of all, it is tech, and you can't own tech right now...second it is telco tech, so it really just a nightmare..."

Southern Copper (NYSE:SCCO): "...Copper is going down. It does have a good yield. I would buy the stock, but if you buy it tomorrow, it is not going to be your first buy. It is going lower."

SPDR Gold Trust (NYSEARCA:GLD): "It is not done going up. You have it as 10% (of your portfolio)... take it up to 20%. The only time I tell people to sell is when it is more than 20% of the portfolio...then you got to skeedaddle, otherwise, you want to stick with the GLD."

Bearish Calls:

Mylan (NASDAQ:MYL), Teva Pharmaceuticals (NYSE:TEVA): "(about Mylan) No, no... if Teva, can't make any money, what am I supposed to do with Mylan?"

Sequans (NYSE:SQNS): "We made a trade. We recommended it, we made a huge gain, and we said sell, sell, sell. We are not looking back, because that is like Lot's wife."
