We ran a screen for dividend stocks that had a low Debt/Equity Ratio. From this narrowed pool we screened out companies that a book value of less than 1 and had retraced a decent amount from their 52-Week High.

The list is ranked from lowest to highest relative to Price/Book Value ratio.
