In a 13D filing on Finish Line (FINL), Sun Capital disclosed a 5.1% stake (2.4 million shares) in the company.

In a pretty standard disclosure the firm said it may raise or lower its stake and may seek to meet with and have discussions with the Issuer’s management and directors or with other holders. The firm has no present plans or proposals that relate to or that would result in any of the actions specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
