Starbucks Coffee Struck by Name Play

Shahnaz Husain, an Indian businessman, is planning on opening a chain of coffee shops called Starstrucks.

This is much to the dismay of Starbucks (SBUX), which has filed a grievance with India's Controller-General of Patents, Designs and Trademark.

1. can anyone say plagiarism, and yay for the lack of originality? [what should we call the indian hollywood...how about Bollywood?!]...

2. if Shahnaz puts her pic on the storefront, NOONE will enter. For those who have been fortunate enough not to have seen her on TV, she owns a "successful" beauty line which claims to keep her looking so wonderful. I almost screamed when I saw her on TV (yes it was scary). For someone with such a "good" line of natural beauty products, why can't she afford a haircut? or is she the female trump?

PS: Shahnaz is not an indian "businessMAN". Although, you might have seen her on TV and mistaken her for one!
