Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday September 22.

Bullish Calls:

AT&T (NYSE:T): "It's a win-win either way...they have raised the money...if they get to buy the company (T-Mobile) it goes higher, and if they don't get to buy it, the stock goes higher. That's what I like...the whole market has gone down, but it's got that great yield...that is why I've been pulling the trigger and I'm buying it right here." (NASDAQ:STMP): "It's got a good business model. I remember this from the old days...I like what they are doing. I think they are making a lot of sense."

Cummins (NYSE:CMI): "Cummins is a pain taker...we are willing to take the's a tough one, though, and there is more pain ahead."

Aruba (NASDAQ:ARUN): "Aruba is a good internet commerce play and I like that is still pretty strong."

Neutral Call:

Universal Display (NASDAQ:PANL): "I need a real update on how the company is doing...the stock has run...I need to check up on it."

Bearish Calls:

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS): "Nothing personal to Lloyd Blankfein and many other people who gave me my start at Goldman Sachs, but I am not recommending any financial on this are taking your life in your hands."

Ford (NYSE:F): "...we say 'no' to can't own autos right here."

Teck Resources (NYSE:TCK): " a mineral company and the minerals have gone out of is not going to work doesn't mean it is bad, it means it is going to go down."

McMoRan Exploration (NYSE:MMR): "I have high quality oil comapnies that are cascading and have good yields, so we are not going down the food chain to MMR with a speculative oil. There is a time and place for speculation, and this is not one of them."

Gold Resources Corporation (NYSEMKT:GORO): "I think gold is under liquidation...that means to me you have to wait a few can't just go in and buy gold stocks that were going up when gold was going down...give it a little breather...I'm not just one to sit there and take a beating...that's not my style."
