Defensive investors like high dividend stocks as they are able to protect themselves from inflation by purchasing such stocks. However, some high dividend stocks have had bad performances recently and their prices are close to their lowest point over the past 52 weeks. It is very likely that the prices of these stocks will rebound in the recent future.
