Cadbury Schweppes: Activist Holder Peltz is Moving Fast

Nelson Peltz activist target, Cadbury Schweppes (CSG), announced yesterday that they intend to separate its confectionery and Americas Beverages businesses. Many now expect the Americas Beverages, which includes Dr Pepper and 7Up, to be sold.

On Tuesday, Cadbury Schweppes noted that Peltz and his affiliates amassed a nearly 3% stake in the company.
